At Six Zero Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure every player is fully satisfied with their equipment and ready to dominate the court.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
